ron toppi here, from everett. i believe that a campaign like brians is neccessary. we need someone to point out the absurdity, criminality and folley of our current system. i ride and rant, thats my life. i believe this country would be a better place if more people rode bicycles. i started a ride last year, bike4peace. we rode across the country to protest the war in iraq (the killing for oil). we would rather get around on our bicycles than kill for oil! our website is http://bike4peace.org
i would like to encourage brian to ride with us this year. it would be a great opportunity to reach hundreds of people who are like minded. it could be a wonderful campaign tour. we leave august 1st and arrive in d.c. on september 22nd. we are also going to film a documentary this year.
